Project Management

A senior team, not a pyramid. We run scope, programme, cost and risk with a small group of experienced hands rather than a tier of coordinators — which means faster decisions, lower preliminaries, and no ambiguity about who owns what. Every engagement is planned digitally from day one.

Construction Management

We take the building process from inception to completion: procuring and coordinating trades, holding the programme, controlling quality and safety, and sitting as the single point of contact between owner, designers and contractors. Where most teams manage by report, we manage by constraint — clearing what blocks the next piece of work before it becomes a delay.

Contract Management

Contracts fail at the administration stage, not the drafting stage. We manage the full cycle — negotiation, execution, compliance, change and claims — keeping notices on time, records defensible and obligations tracked on both sides. The aim is that disputes don't get started, not that we win them once they have.

Digital Project Controls

VisiLean puts the Last Planner® System into a fully digital environment. Constraints are logged and cleared before work is released, weekly commitments are tracked against what actually gets done, and progress flows straight back into the programme — no parallel spreadsheet, no Monday-morning reconciliation. We are VisiLean's channel partner in the UAE: we implement it, train the site teams, and stay with them through the first planning cycles until the routine holds on its own.

Construction Bid Support

We recently supported a major international brand bidding a project of circa $1.5bn USD, in a sector outside their traditional market. Our role was subject-matter expert on the construction scope: shaping the delivery team structure and building the delivery strategy across design and engineering, construction management, ORAT and handover. If your bid team is strong commercially but thin on heavy construction, that's the gap we fill.

Why Equanimity exists

It began on a large-scale project, where I was struck by how many people had been assigned to project management. Watching how the team actually functioned, it was clear the structure was construction management wearing a project management title.

That set the vision: better project management delivered by a smaller team of highly skilled people, each bringing a broad range of capability rather than a narrow one. Twenty-five years on, Equanimity MMXXV is the result.
